My name is Brandon Michael Lampitoc. I am originally from Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii and I have lived in the State of Minnesota, since 2009.  Art has always been a big passion in my life, starting from early childhood and well into my teen years and adulthood. Growing up in Hawaii during the 80s and 90s, I was immersed in culture, influenced by folklore, philosophy and other cultural aspects from many different walks of life.

In the summer of 2013, I decided to pursue my dreams of becoming a professional artist in the media arts and animation industry. I found out that many of my passions and hobbies would become important in informing my design and art direction, from martial arts and parkour to psychology and anthropology. All of these have a huge importance on what I do, as an artist.

My chief goals as an artist is to create what comes next, to share with the world my love for storytelling and worldbuilding and to push art into territories it hasn't charted yet. I feel all parts of the production process are important, from beginning to end. No aspect is necessarily more integral than the others. For me, animation is a convergence of many different media, because with really good animation you can combine graphic design, typography, fashion, interior design and architecture, filmmaking, and visual effects.

Being able to incorporate all of that into any given project is the ultimate goal for me, and it expresses and fulfills the very elements of art that I love the most. In a way, regardless of the duration; every project becomes a passion project, and passion propels art.
